Building Aide Beyond Behavior Consulting is recruiting for a full-time Building Aide position.
This position will support staff in daily functions of our Center, Administrative Offices, and Therapy Department.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
Keep inventory and order office/building supplies as needed, including supplies for breakrooms and restrooms.
Monitor and answer door for deliveries, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and respectful manner.
Follow Clinical program policies and procedures daily.
This includes keeping entry and center doors closed and locked.
Monitor the cleanliness and safety of building.
Be knowledgeable in the Company's programs (enrichment, clinic, Occupational Therapy, Speech, etc.
) and answer related questions or refer clients to appropriate person(s) and provide contact information.
Keep great communication with Center Leads and Aides and assist with day-to-day center activities.
Help Behavior Technicians with transitions and toileting (retrieving wipes, gloves, and sanitizing after bathroom use, etc).
Assure classrooms have necessary supplies as directed by Program Lead.
Assist Program Lead with keeping a safe, clean and secure environment (i.
e.
, sanitize tables and desks, assuring toys are picked up, put away, and sanitized).
Work as the receptionist/greeter for Therapy clients and families in the waiting room from 2:
00PM until 6:
30 PM.
Keep log of building issues and fix them when possible.
Call and oversee outside vendors (i.
e.
handyman, electrician, plumber) when necessary.
Assist Administrative Assistant with filing, organizing office, and other tasks as requested.
Assist staff with office tasks as needed (i.
e.
, copying, filing, laminating, etc.
).
Assist Program Director with projects as needed (i.
e.
, summer camp prep, crafts, etc.
).
Track and log building requirements and inspections, including but not limited to fire inspections, water inspections, fire extinguishers and alarm-related visits.
Report to Administrative Director daily and assist with all other building-related tasks as needed.
Therapy Tasks required for position:
Check in daily to assist therapists if needed.
Clean and sanitize highchairs, dishes, and feeding equipment with direction from therapists.
Help warm and prepare food for feeding clients.
Assist with making, canceling, and rescheduling appointments.
Complete Therapy documentation platform (checking in, marking as canceled, etc.
).
Ensure parents/guardians remain in waiting room, if in building, and give direction to restrooms, if needed.
Assist with transition of children when needed.
Track supplies and let Therapy Director know when things are needed.
Help with cleaning equipment as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of Therapy rooms.
Assist therapists with basic office tasks such as filing, laminating, preparing activities, etc.
Ensure all equipment is off in sensory room, wipe down chairs in waiting room, and confirm doors are locked each night.
Deep clean all Therapy spaces on a weekly basis (typically Fridays).

Required
Qualifications:
Obtain all State and Federal clearances.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Related work experience to establish ability with required tasks.
Intermediate computer skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and related software.
Ability to understand HIPAA and OSHA compliances.
Professional communication skills, both interpersonal and customer service.
Ability to exercise patience.
Ability to problem solve and prioritize tasks.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Additional Information:
Professional references required Degree is preferred but not required.
Must be willing and able to work in a busy, fast paced environment with consistent interruptions and new tasks to complete.
Ability to sit, stand, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds; reaching, bending, and walking for a consistent amount of time.
Full-time, hourly, year-round position (32-40 hours per week).
Salary Range- $14.
00-$16.
00 per hour.
